Le curage des douves : un chantier d'envergure

Discover phase 1 of the large-scale moat restoration project. Until summer 2022, it was impossible to tour the castle by boat. The water was silted up and overgrown with reeds, making it impossible for any aquatic life to live there. In this film, you'll see the colossal changes and the various machines deployed in the listed site for this extraordinary project. You'll also discover the park's island, which reappeared when the waters cleared. You'll also appreciate the new, unobstructed views of the castle, reminiscent of those seen on old postcards. Phase 2 of the dredging project will begin in summer 2023. It concerns the watercourse that winds through the park, which was completely blocked. This will also be the subject of a film!
