प्रेगनेंसी के शुरुवाती दिनों में bleeding होना काफी आम बात है खासकरके IVF के पेशेंट्स में। तो आज इस वीडियो में, Dr Jay Mehta हमें , प्रेगनेंसी के शुरुआती महीने में ब्लीडिंग होना आम बात है ? | Bleeding in Early Pregnancy इस बारेमें बताने वाले है। reasons for bleeding during pregnancy अगर आप uterus के anatomy को समझना है तो uterus के अंदर जहा पे बेबी बढ़ता है उसे endometrium कहा जाता है। प्रेगनेंसी में ७ हफ्तों तक ब्लीडिंग होना काफी आम है। इसे Decidual reaction कहा जाता है। यह प्रेगनेंसी को support करता है। इसके अंदर जो sac जिसमे बेबी बढ़ता है उसे gestational sac कहा जाता है। जब कभी भी ये प्रेगनेंसी बढ़ती है तब इस Decidual reaction के vessel थोड़े थोड़े bleed करते है इस चीज़ को शरीर खून के प्रवाह में बहार छोड़ देता है और इस कारन प्रेगनेंसी के शुरवात में ब्लीडिंग होती है। bleeding in pregnancy what to do ? -अगर आपको प्रेगनेंसी में ब्लीडिंग हुवा और उसमे से clots निकले तो डरियेगा मत। -ऐसे में जल्द से जल्द अपने डॉक्टर की सलाह ले। ऐसे में आपको डॉक्टर कुछ दवाइया देंगे उसके बाद हॉस्पिटल में आने की सलाह देंगे। -हॉस्पिटल में आने के बाद डॉक्टर आपसे पूछेंगे की आपको इसके साथ दर्द हो रहा है या नहीं। अगर आपको दर्द हो रहा है तो ऐसे में आपको abortion की संभावनाएं ज्यादा रहती है इसे Threatened Abortion कहा जाता है। यह जो support होता है वह शरीर progesterone निर्माण करता है। अगर प्रेगनेंसी में ब्लीडिंग हो रही है तो ऐसे में progesterone का support दिया जाता है। यह सब डॉक्टर के मदत से किया जाता है। Progesterone का सपोर्ट बढ़ाना है या नहीं या डॉक्टर ultrasound के मदत से तय करते है। पेशेंट के तौर पे यह ध्यान में रखना महत्वपूर्ण है की ७ हफ्तों में कभी कबार spotting या ब्लीडिंग होना काफी आम बात है। इसलिए डरियेगा नहीं। अपने डॉक्टर के पास जाके इस बारेमें सही उपाय कीजिये। For more information, watch the full video.
