Qohelet - BUILDING KINGDOMS

by: Qohelet BUILDING KINGDOMS I was carrying a heavy load, Trying to make this heart my home. Running circles, chasing dust, Building kingdoms that would rust. Then You met me where I stood, Called my broken heart “still good.” At the foot of Calvary, You started something new in me. Every road keeps leading back To the mercy that I lack. When I’m weak, Your love remains, Calling me by name. It’s not me anymore, You opened up the door. Now every heartbeat sings Christ lives in me. I still stumble, I still fall, But Your grace outlasts it all. Every breath, every dream, Christ lives in me. Some days faith is just one step, Some days all that’s left is “yes.” Still Your Spirit lights the way, Teaching me to trust each day. Take this pride and make me new, Shape my heart to look like You. Every sunrise, every sea, Whispers, “Christ lives in me.” When I lose my way, Your love stays. When the night is long, You’re my song. Take this life, Take these hands, Make me who You always planned. It’s not me anymore, You opened up the door. Now every heartbeat sings, Christ lives in me. You loved me to the Cross, Turned my dying into life. Now forever I will sing, Christ lives in me. No longer I, No longer I. By faith I’ll walk, With Christ alive. No longer I, No longer I. Every road leads back To Christ in me.
