🚨 Car that WON'T start with no relay activation or fuel pump? 🔍 Today we show you a REAL step-by-step diagnosis using the professional Electude simulator. In this Piston Bikers video, we show you how we perform a complete diagnosis of a vehicle that won't start, using the Electude mechanical simulator, a platform that allows you to practice real and complex faults just like in a professional workshop. We're at level #1 of the simulator, where the challenge was a car that wouldn't start. Upon verifying the customer's complaint, we confirmed that the engine wouldn't start and detected something key: there was no relay activation and the fuel pump wasn't working, which raised red flags 🚨. We connected the automotive scanner and found the following fault codes: U0100 – Loss of communication with PCM/ECM U0107 – Loss of communication with TVCM From these codes, we understood that the problem wasn't mechanical, but electronic, related to the CAN BUS communication network. Using reverse engineering, we traced the voltage from the fuel pump to the CAN cables, where we detected low voltage on one of the lines. Following the trace, the problem led us to the TVCM, which was shorted, causing a complete failure of the communication network.
