But what happens when criticism is treated like an attack? In this video, I talk about some of the biggest problems in the fragrance community, including questionable reviewer practices, influencer culture, blind loyalty, and why honest opinions are becoming harder to find. A real community should welcome different viewpoints and constructive criticism. If a group can't handle criticism, then it stops being a community and starts becoming a fan club.
