Numerous new hobbies have emerged or become popular. One of them is gold panning. In this video, due to the many requests I receive in other videos or on Facebook, I'll show you tips for gold panning and how to find your gold stream. If you spend more time with this hobby, you'll find hundreds of rivers and streams containing gold! In Thuringia alone, almost 350 gold-bearing streams have been identified! 2) Gold is found almost everywhere in Germany. The only question is where! Glacial gravel movements (moray eels) have pushed gold-bearing rock into many places where you wouldn't even think it could be. Therefore, many deposits have not yet been discovered. 3) Old castles often have wall maps showing which nearby streams were used to pan gold. 4) Old textbooks that are more than 100 years old list many gold panning sites. 5) Gold museums have many maps that list gold panning sites. If you're wondering why I don't just name the locations? It's quite simple. Gold panning involves a lot of research. Nobody publishes a public list of all the gold deposits.
