Creamy Mushroom Stroganoff Ingredients: 1 medium yellow onion, halved and thinly sliced 16 ounces Baby Bella / cremini mushrooms, sliced or quartered 4 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon ground or powdered rosemary 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper, to taste 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika 8 ounces dry whole grain pasta (short pastas are best) 2-3 cups low sodium cups veg broth For the White Bean Cream Sauce 1/2 cup white beans 1/2 cup soy milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1.5 - 2 tablespoons white miso paste 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped Method is in the video or you can find the full printable recipe with ingredient substitutions and more at https://fitlizkitchen.com/creamy-mush...
