Compared to the i5, the 12700K has two more high-performance cores, with a 200 MHz higher turbo boost frequency under full load. At the same time, the shared L3 cache is 5 MB larger. Compared to the i7, the i9 gives you an additional 5 MB of L3 cache, four smaller cores, and a 100 MHz higher frequency. The turbo boost when all high-performance cores are loaded is another 200 MHz higher. And as a special highlight, we'll be running all these tests with a tower cooler.
