Is Our Berlin Hostel Funding North Korea? | Off the Rails #13

Episode THIRTEEN of 'Off the Rails' - my interrail travel vlogging series! Today we arrived in Berlin. Upon arriving at our hostel, we noticed that it was very very very close to the North Korean embassy in Berlin, and a quick Google search told us that there had recently been huge controversy over their close connection. Basically, the media claimed that the hostel (City Hostel Berlin) was paying its rent to the North Korean embassy and, thus, funding the country's nuclear arsenal. Obviously, we felt more than a little bit uncomfortable and did try to find other hostels, but couldn't find anything else last minute. The hostel profusely denied the claims, and we never really got a proper answer, but you can read the article for yourself below and decide for yourself what you think.
