Upper Body Restorative Practice

This week’s class is a slow, restorative upper body practice for the shoulders, chest, upper back, and heart space. Because yes, the lower body matters. But so does the part of you that has been rounding forward from stress, screens, grief, protection, and life. We’ll move slowly. We’ll soften the places that brace. We’ll give the upper body room to breathe again.
