Is 1440p REALLY the Ideal Resolution?

Caden's Corner dubs "1440p is the sweet spot in resolution" as the most generic sentence in PC hardware since "Can it run Crysis?" But is it true? Today we look at the difference between a 27 inch 1440p monitor and a 32 inch 4k monitor to see whether the common advice holds up.
