Reporting from the National Load Dispatch Center, journalist Bernardo Espinosa reports on the progress of the National Electric System's (SEN) recovery. The Energás Boca de Jaruco and Puerto Escondido power plants are operational with two generators. Both are contributing to the recovery of the National Electric System. Power is reaching Santa Cruz and substations in Havana.
