Holiday turkey does NOT have to be dry! In this video I’m taking a 14-pound turkey from brine → spatchcock → garlic herb butter → crispy golden perfection. I used the Olde Thompson Turkey Brine overnight, then mixed a homemade garlic herb butter with rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic, pimento berries, and butter. Rubbing it under the skin makes the turkey juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
