Telespar Sign Post Installation

Installation guide to install the original Telespar breakaway sign support system. -- Instructions in the Description Below -- // Installation // 1. Make sure you have all your materials: Telespar, Anchor, Corner Bolt, Sign and most importantly, Safety Equipment. Call Strada Sign Supply at 1-877-987-1022 for availability or email [email protected]. 2. Drive Telespar Anchor ~6" deep and remove earth core. 3. Drive Telespar Anchor (and optional sleeve) until 2-4" above surface. 4. Attach Sign to Post using bolts or drive rivets. 5. Insert Telespar Sign Post about 6" into Telespar Anchor. 6. Fasten Corner Bolt away from traffic. // On Impact // 1. Remove damaged post 2. Cut away damaged segment and attach new sign if necessary. 3. Re-insert upright post Proper installation provides the benefit of quick replacement, even when installed in concrete or soil. When installing in concrete, ensure the upright Telespar post is not set beneath the surface. When installing in soil, consider the winged anchor for extra torsional stability.
