Santa Eulalia o Santolaya en asturiano, es la capital del concejo de Morcín en Asturias, España y está situada a 150 m de altitud, en las inmediaciones de la carretera N-630 entre Argame y Ablaña . Conserva buenos ejemplos de arquitectura tradicional, una la iglesia prerrománica del siglo X y una cascada muy hermosa entre sus edificios y casas residenciales.
