Nothing screams Conrail better than the RS3L. Manufactured by Leslie Air Horn Company, the RS3L was widely used on many railroads in the 90s, especially Conrail. Nowadays, they remain a rarity with most of NS's ex-Conrail locomotives now retired, however, there are still some left on ATSF and CN dash 8s and on other miscellaneous locomotives.
