I Threw Out My AirPods: My Best Decision of 2026
For years, I struggled with constant stimulation from YouTube, podcasts, music, and other media. My AirPods kept me connected to every device I owned, making it way too easy to give in to distraction, brain rot, and endless content consumption. In this video, I talk about why I quit AirPods, how constant audio stimulation affected my life, and why this small digital detox became one of the best decisions I’ve made.
