Mukundi gets scared of Chotu Mama - Villagers of Lapataganj get a huge shock as they come to know about Chotu Mama so they decide to pay him a last visit. Panic occurs in the Lapataganj as the see Mama alive. Why is Mukundi getting scared of Chotu Mama? Is this Mama's new plan to fool Villagers? "Satire is an important and inherent part of Indian humour. Lapataganj season 1 was a very successful attempt at capturing this and bringing satire to the Indian television screens. Lapataganj season 2 aims at carrying forward this legacy and once again meaningfully entertaining the audiences. The satire in this show is aimed at us, at our society at our politics and our leaders through a fictionalised village called Lapataganj where the common man of India struggles everyday and yet manages to keep a smile on his face. The show will yet again portray the everyday ailments in the life of the common man - in a very common setup of a typical fictionalised Indian village Lapataganj. The story proceeds with a leap of 5 years but much like the previous season the people of Lapataganj struggle daily for basic facilities yet residing there happily. "
