The first being Ghost Town from GTA III. While this city is still in GTA 3 it was deleted from the main part and removed to an out of bounds area outside of Liberty City. Then in GTA Vice City the Gator Keys were removed or never made it into the game. This area would have been based on the real life Florida Keys. And lastly in GTA IV the original map would have featured all of Liberty State. Consisting of the Carraways and Upstate Liberty. A GTA 4 beta map/early concept was recently discovered and it details just how big this map would have been but Rockstar ultimately sacrificed this to focus more on the amazing gameplay of GTA IV. I also can't forget to mention Mexico in Red Dead Redemption 2 as Rockstar completely cut out that part of the map in the sequel to RDR1. However, assets mentioning Mexico have been found in the games files by data miners.
