Seaplane Makes Emergency Landing In New York City's East River
A seaplane had a nightmare landing in New York City's East River. One witness praised the skill of the seaplane pilot saying he "pulled a sully." That is a reference to the legendary Chskey "Sully" Sullenberger, who had to land an airliner on the Hudson River, saving all 155 people on board in 2009. Dramatic video from inside that seaplane was shot by 16-year-old Khloe Todd. She spoke with Inside Edition's Justin Finch.
