Plans for President Donald Trump's speech and what he's described as a record-breaking fireworks show are set to continue after severe thunderstorms delayed the Fourth of July celebrations in the Eastern United States. As Trump and guests waited for the event to kick off late Saturday, the presient was captured on a live stream waving at footage of himself on a TV airing Fox News coverage of the 'Salute to America 250' event
