The service center told me it needed to be reset with a special piece of equipment. I found one online for less than $20, so I bought it and that Fyxdt! If my research is correct then 2018 through 2021 Mustangs can self-reset the TPMS system, just by driving them. If your car doesn’t self-reset, or if you want to reprogram your TPMS manually to clear the error code, this video shows you how. UPDATE --- YES, 2019 Mustang auto reset has been confirmed!
