He Was Told His Car Was Fixed… But Something Didn’t Add Up

Customer was told his car was fixed after having warranty work carried out. After picking it up, something still didn’t feel right — so he called me out to have a proper look. The warranty work had been completed, but the front brake pads and rotors that were paid for were never replaced, despite being charged for them. I go through everything, verify what was and wasn’t done, and get the vehicle sorted properly in the end. This is a good example of why it’s always worth checking the work, even when you’re told it’s been done.
