The breakthrough came when we stopped treating confidence as the problem—and started addressing the root. We explored childhood emotional conditioning, self-image, suppressed emotions, healthy boundaries, conscious anger, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, and vocal embodiment exercises that helped him reconnect with his authentic voice. SUPPRESSED ANGER One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that nice people don't experience anger. In reality, many of the kindest people have learned to suppress healthy anger. Instead of using it to create boundaries and recognize injustice, they direct that energy inward, leading to anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, self-doubt, and a quiet voice.
