Chameleon Twist - 1 - exercise instructors instruct struggling exercisers to exercise strongly

I've never seen this game so this should be an adventure. I heard it's relatively short, and immediately depth is doing things to my eyes. since it wasn't super clear: what happens when I press the tongue button is that I stop controller my character and instead control the tongue itself, until it reached an obstacle or its full length.
