Craft: Ruff Collar
Ruff collars were a popular piece of clothing during Shakespeare's time. They could protect people's expensive clothes, and became a symbol of wealth and status. They also encourage good posture, which is important for any actor! In this video, ABLE teaching artist Katie shows you how to make a ruff using some simple household items. You will need: 30-50 Coffee filters Ribbon or string Stapler Hole punch Scissors Romeo & Juliet Remix will begin with our entire ensemble performing the prologue. Make your own ruff to wear for the prologue. You can add it to your costume too!!
