Mike Watt released the solo album "Ball Hog or Tugboat?" in 1994 on Columbia Records. This is a promotional video distributed on VHS tape by the record company. I obtained this tape while writing for a local magazine in Richmond, VA at this time. I searched YouTube to see if there was already an upload available but since I didn't find one I thought I'd share this since I'm sure many Watt fans never had a chance to see this. All thanks to Mike Watt for the decades of music he has cranked out.
