On Deck 20 you will find the third tier of the three story Prima Speedway. Now, the longest race way at sea. Below this deck is Deck 18, which is home to several of the outdoor facilities on Norwegian Cruise Line's newest ship. Among these is the mini golf course, TEE Time. You will also find the dart lounge, Bull's Eye, and the Stadium. This final area consists of complimentary games like shuffleboard, ping-pong, foosball, and pickle ball. Deck 18 is also home to a forward sundeck, and the entrance to the slides. Continuing on this Norwegian Prima Tour, we come to Deck 17. This deck is home to several indoor and outdoor amenities. All the way forward is the Observation Lounge. Right next door is the Galaxy Pavilion. This high-tech space features 14 digital and virtual reality games. Heading outside, there is the main pool area and sun deck. Continuing aft, on the portside is the Surfside Cafe and Grill. This is the cruise ship's buffet. On the starboard side are two specialty restaurants. New on Norwegian Prima is the Mediterranean restaurant, Palomar. Adjacent to this restaurant is a fan favorite, the Food Republic. All the way aft of Deck 17 is the adults only Vibe Beach Club. This exclusive area is an upcharge, and his home to a private bar, two infinity whirlpools, and private bar. --NORWEGIAN PRIMA SHIP TOUR INSIDE VENUES-- The Haven on Norwegian Prima has moved to Deck 16 aft. Along with staterooms there is a private restaurant, lounge, and two-tiered sun deck. This area includes an aft facing infinity pool. Also on Deck 16 is the Pulse Fitness Center and Mandara Spa. These are forward on the ship. The ship's Thermal Suite offers 8 different treatments, including two therapy pools, and the line's first forward facing sun lounger area. The only kids area on the ship, Splash Academy is midship on Deck 15. For this Norwegian Prima tour, we stayed on Deck 9. Our balcony stateroom was 9148, a forward portside stateroom right above the Prima Theater. ---NORWEGIAN PRIMA PUBLIC AREA-- Deck 8 is home to Ocean Boulevard. This enhanced outdoor promenade deck includes two pools with plenty of loungers, a relaxation zone forward on the ship, and art gallery, as well as several restaurants. The newest concept is the Indulge Food Hall. This complimentary restaurant on Deck 8 is home to 7 different eateries open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also on this deck is the popular The Local Bar and Grill. This hallmark has received a face lift and outdoor dining on Norwegian Prima. Deck 8 is also home to the Italian restaurant, Onda by Scarpetta, as well as Los Lobos, the Mexican specialty restaurant. More dining options are on Deck 7. This includes the new main dining room Hudson's, offering 270 degree views. During our cruise, this restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Deck 7 is also home to the French specialty restaurant, Le Bistro, as well as entertainment facilities, including Sid Norman's Pour House, and Improve at Sea. Finally, Deck 6 is home to the Prima Theater. This 3 story transformational space is home to signature production shows, game shows, and a nightclub experience. Along with the casino, the second main dining room The Commodore room is also located here.
