OPAS, Over Pressure Active Safety - GAS SPRINGS

Standard on: M - MS - RV - RS - RF - RG - RT - S - SC - H - HF - HT - LS - ML - MP - KE OPAS is the combination of a rupture plug (or a calibrated rupture septum) with an exhaust milling on the bottom contact surface of the gas spring. Exhausts the pressure in a controlled and complete manner when it exceeds the maximum allowed value. BENEFITS: Reduces the risk of tool damage or injury due to ejection of parts under pressure. Self activates automatically regardless of users’ intervention. Does not increase the price of gas springs.
