KUNMING YUNNEI POWER - Cylinder Heads and Blocks Machining Line

Here is one of our turnkey project as provider of intelligent systems for logistics transportation in the cylinder blocks and heads production. This project, for Kunming Yunnei, has 9 truss lines with a total length of 341.4 meters. The project is able to produce a daily output of 450 cylinder blocks and 700 cylinder heads. The GUDEL – ZP5 and ZP6 Heavy load series truss ensure the stability of equipment operation. The Z-axis manipulator including H-type, double-H-type, etc. significantly shortened the loading and unloading time of products and improved production efficiency. As for the roller conveyor line, products with a total length of 134.1 meters from Dalian Modular were used to achieve full coverage of product transportation between all stations and all units, which perfectly solves the problem of labor and improves the efficiency. Setting SIEMENS 840DSL as the main control system to drive the entire production logistics conveying system, and equipped with hardware equipment such as scanning and marking, it can be connected with the factory-level MES to grasp and repeat effective production information in real time.
