Confronting Carlos (57:00 - 1:00:15): The duo battles through the remaining Rippers to reach the lodge. Deacon confronts Jesse Williamson (formerly known as Carlos), the leader of the cult, putting an end to his reign of terror. The Search for Sarah (1:18:00 - 1:47:00): Throughout the episode, Deacon persistently contacts O'Brien from Nero for information about his wife, Sarah Irene Whitaker. He eventually learns she is likely alive and was evacuated by a recon unit to a base near Crater Lake, which is now controlled by a local militia. The Path South (1:47:00 - 1:51:00): Realizing he must go to Crater Lake, Deacon confronts Iron Mike to get information on a secret route known as the Ten Pass (or Thielson Pass) to bypass the blocked Santium Pass.
