Solo Backpacking Tahoe National Forest: Lake Spaulding - Fordyce Creek
This video is from a quick overnight in to the Tahoe National Forest where I was just trying to get a feel for the area in the early season. I was expecting a lot more snow on the trail but was surprised with how fast the snow is melting in California. Join me while I explore around Lake Spaulding and Fordyce Creek. Leave No Trace Easy out and back trail around 7 miles long, great for an easy overnight. Spaulding Lake Trail, Tahoe National Forest.
