40 Minute SCULPTED Arms Bootcamp Workout
Hey everyone, welcome to your new favorite upper body workout! In today’s workout we are going to target our shoulders, biceps, and triceps, and we will have a burnout at the end so be ready for the fire! I’m so glad you showed up today, let’s crush it together! We will complete 3 rounds of each superset before moving on to the next exercise. After we complete two exercises we will take a 60 seconds rest. Make sure to keep your dumbbells moving today and keep an intense tempo on every contraction whether that be a push or a pull.
