Kashmir Leaders Must Find Common Ground Before Talks With Delhi: Syed Altaf Bukhari | News18J&K

Apni Party patron Altaf Bukhari has called for greater political unity among Jammu and Kashmir's mainstream parties, urging them to work together on issues affecting the region's residents, including statehood restoration, unemployment and economic challenges. Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Bukhari said political parties should rise above their differences and build a common platform to advocate for the rights and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir. He noted that his party had not received any formal invitation to participate in proposed protests linked to the restoration of statehood, but stressed that Apni Party would support any initiative aimed at safeguarding the interests of the region's people. "Whether it is the restoration of statehood, unemployment among educated youth, or other public concerns, these are issues that affect all Kashmiris.
