Summer Jazz Festival Kumanovo 1999 (Летен Џез Фестивал Куманово 1999) for the first time was held in City of Kumanovo, Republic of Macedonia in the summer of 1999 from 26th till 29th of August in the summer open cinema Kozjak. Most of the bands that played that Year were from the Republic Of Macedonia, but there was bands from Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Greece too.
