Henry Hudson's Journey Made Easy
Henry Hudson was an English explorer who sailed in the early 1600s. He searched for a shortcut to Asia but instead explored parts of North America. Hudson sailed up a long river—now called the Hudson River—and explored the area that would later become New York City. On another voyage, he discovered a large bay, now called Hudson Bay in Canada. Although he never found the route he hoped for, his journeys helped map new lands and opened the way for future trade and settlement. This video explores Hudson’s explorations, challenges, and the legacy he left behind. Other Stories ▶ https://bedtimehistorystories.com/ Find the Bedtime History podcast wherever you like to listen!
