At the death on Shepherd’s Lake. In this Devon carp fishing vlog, I was visiting the beautiful Torridge Carp Lakes, over the moon i managed to trip up this Common for a session saver. I had one hand on my left rod about to wind in when my middle alarm sounded and the reel burst into life. Although conditions were good, it was hard going. The wind turned in the morning, blowing into my peg. Thankfully, patience paid off with a last minute bite right at the end of my session. I will certainly be back soon for another go to catch some of those great looking carp.
