Review: A Spaghetti Western with a Strange Plot I know from experience that Italian directors have made many strange films, both Westerns and other genres. While this Spaghetti Western isn't consistently strange, the script has some bizarre touches. There's a hero, but he doesn't do or say as much as the heroes of other Spaghetti Westerns. In fact, the focus is mostly on the villains he travels with! Even the hero's actions don't make sense: for much of the film, he follows the villains, then suddenly, towards the end, he makes a decision that makes you wonder why he didn't make it sooner. In fact, much of the rest of the film could have been much quicker. Nevertheless, the film remains interesting, with a variety of different scenes and some decent action sequences. Spaghetti Western fans will probably find it unusual enough to be entertaining. However, if you're new to the Spaghetti Western genre, it might be best to wait until you've seen some of the more famous films before watching this one.
