In Australië overlijdt er iedere 3,5 uur iemand aan een overdosis drugs. Uit nieuwe cijfers van het Penington Institute blijkt dat in een jaar tijd meer dan 2.500 Australiërs overleden zijn aan drugs gerelateerde oorzaken, het hoogste aantal ooit geregistreerd.
