Idaho Falconers Association 2025 Winter Meet

The falconry season is coming to a close as Febuary comes up. Soon the game animals will start breeding as well as the hawks and falcons that we hunt with. Not only that, but the birds will soon start dropping old feathers to make way for the new. The winter meet marks the coming of the final days to hunt before we hang our gloves and start doing (warm weather) activities. Falconers will hold over till the cold north wind once again blows down on the land and we start flying again. Enjoy the flights of a young Goshawk, Red tailed hawk, Merlin, and of course Hazel the American Kestrel as they go on the hunt out in Southern Idaho before the breeding season begins!
