Cascadia heater core coolant leak inside the cab. DIY in English and Español

In this video on a Freightliner Cascadia, we have coolant leaking inside the cab because of a bad heater core. I am going to show how to DIY, repair should take about 2-3 hours depending on your skills but this is definitely something you can do yourself. Here are a few tips to help you: Remove about 5 gallons of coolant from the radiator. Remove wipers, visor and air filter assembly to help gain access to the outside coolant hoses from the engine to the heater core. Inside the cab, in front of the passé side seat, remove the two panels. The first panel is the one under the glove box and the second is the one u dear the AC controls. Locate the heater core cover and carefully begin to remove by cutting as close to edge as possible in order to gain access to the heater core. Once you have removed the bad or leaking heater core, clean up the housing and begin to reinstall.
