This time, the starting point is a statement by Mykhailo Fedorov and a list of the most important problems Ukraine is facing in the current phase of the war. The point is not that Ukraine is collapsing. The point is that the war increasingly requires speed, technology, drones, production, logistics, coordination, and the ability to constantly adapt to Russia's actions.
