Bryan Kohberger Wants to Withdraw Guilty Plea in Idaho Student Murders

Bryan Kohberger, who pleaded guilty to murdering four University of Idaho students and was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences without parole, is now asking a judge to allow him to withdraw his guilty plea. In court filings, Kohberger claims he received ineffective legal representation, says exculpatory evidence was not properly reviewed, and argues he was misled about the consequences of his plea agreement. Prosecutors have declined to comment because the case is still pending.
