The thing is, you guys all know we've got quite a tiny kitchen, and this fridge was sadly nottt going to fit. "Why not gift it to her instead...?" ;) The particular style of refrigerator Kyuho's mom received is brand new, so it's currently only available in Korea. http://www.winiadimchae.com/ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ■ Gujeolpan Recipe Ingredients: Yellow bell pepper 1/2 Red bell pepper 1/2 Green bell pepper 1/2 2 eggs (fry egg whites and yolks separately) 1/2 Cucumber 1/4 carrot Beef sirloin 50g 1 pack of sweet and sour korean radish wraps Mustard Dipping Sauce: Vinegar 2 TBSP Sugar 2 TBSP Korean Mustard 2 TBSP Soy Sauce 1/2 TBSP Beef marinade sauce: Soy sauce 1/2 TBSP Sugar 1 tsp Little bit of minced garlic Refined rice wine or Mirin 1/2 TBSP Leave beef to marinade for an hour in the refrigerator Slice all veggies into thin strips. Lightly fry veggies seperately (adding a pinch of salt), except for cucumber, then arrange neatly on a plate. Fry egg whites and yolks separately, flat on a frying pan. Roll & slice into strips.
