This is the third of the 35 English linking rules. It's the one that Japanese people find most difficult. The most important thing is to read it out loud and memorize it! It may be embarrassing to mutter to yourself at first, but no one is watching! (lol) Japanese people unconsciously cut off sounds before vowels, so if possible, I recommend recording yourself reading on your phone. This will help you identify your own habits and correct them more quickly!
