Bandamonium Yorkshire Area 2025

Swinton & District Excellsior Band Bandamonium Yorkshire Area -2025 What a brilliant day we had yesterday, 6th September 2025 playing in the Bandamonium event, held in Yorkshire for the very first time. We featured our Learner, Training Band and Senior Band and entertained the public at the Royal Oak, Gillamoor, Helmsley Market Place, The New Inn, Cropton, The Coach House at Rosedale, then our final performance of the day in Kirkbymoorside Market Place. We were then joined by the other bands playing today, Kirkbymoorside Town Band, our hosts for the day, Bandemonium Barbarians (Yorkshire), Tees Component Brass, Stape Silver Band and Kirkbymoorside Bandtastics for a massed band performance to finish off a fantastic day of events. We must say a big thank you to the Bandamonium Team, Sponsors and helpers for hosting this event which ran safely and smoothly and hope the event takes place next year. The band are grateful to all the people who voted for us and we “Won” the Public Choice Vote and can’t wait to receive our cup being the first name to be engraved on it. Thanks to all our band members who put a lot of effort in today an our helpers who make it possible to have such a great day.
