Get comfortable with being wrong, your identity can’t be based in being right or wrong
Hey everyone, this week I’ll be discussing the concept of being wrong and how your identity shouldn’t be defined by your ability to be right or wrong. This shaky foundation can lead to a lack of self-confidence and self-worth. To help you get comfortable with being wrong, I’ve put together a list of practical questions: 1. What relationship do you have with being wrong? 2. What’s your first memory of being wrong and how did it make you feel? 3. How would you like to have been met in that moment of being wrong? 4. Start showing up for yourself the way you would’ve wanted to be shown up for. Remember, being wrong isn’t the end of the world and has no bearing on your identity. If you think it does, it’s a sign that you need to reevaluate your perspective on being wrong.
