Chris Cornell On revisiting Soundgarden
Chris Cornell stopped by the Rolling Stone studio recently to chat about his love of playing solo acoustic music, learning how to play cover songs online and why he's happy to be playing with Soundgarden again. "I feel like Soundgarden can continue, and probably always should've had the attitude of being a formed, functioning band that just needed a break," says Cornell. "We have a new album, it's mostly finished and it should be out in the spring of 2012. It really felt like we haven't missed a beat."
