I Received A BAD BODY?! I Waited 2 Weeks For This In today's episode I continue working on the Ford Explorer and Jaguar XJ. At Ford I start by checking the brake pads after ordering new pads and discs. Unfortunately, after I take apart the calipers and compare the parts, I discover that the pads are completely different, both front and rear. I measure everything so I can order the correct dimensions. The next day the brake discs and timing kit that I've been waiting for for two weeks arrive. But an incredible surprise comes: instead of the timing, I get a white caliper! Luckily, I already had another kit ordered from Amazon, so the project doesn't stop. I also check the brake discs, but they're not compatible either, being smaller and not fitting on the hub, so they're also being returned. After all these surprises I return the Jaguar XJ. I finish the wing repair I started in the last episode, sanding the putty, applying primer, then paint and two coats of varnish. Finally I unmask everything and show you the result.
