ശ്രീ തിരുമാന്ധാംകുന്നിലമ്മ | Kerala Temple Songs | Mamangakadhakal | Biju Narayanan| T S Radhakrishnan ji| P C Aravindan| ThirumandhanKunnu Kshetram |PGN Productions ശ്രീ തിരുമാന്ധാംകുന്നിലമ്മ വള്ളുവനാടിന്റെ പരദേവതയാണ് ശ്രീ തിരുമാന്ധാംകുന്നിലമ്മ. ശ്രീമൂലസ്ഥാനത്തു ശിവപാർവതീ സങ്കൽപ്പമാണെങ്കിലും, മാതൃശാലയിൽ കുടികൊള്ളുന്ന ഭഗവതിയുടെ പേരിലാണ് മലപ്പുറംജില്ലയിൽ അങ്ങാടിപ്പുറത്തുള്ള ഈ മഹാക്ഷേത്രം അറിയപ്പെടുന്നത്. ചരിത്രംകുറിച്ച ചാവേർപ്പടയാളികൾ മാമാങ്കത്തിന് പുറപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നത് ഇവിടെനിന്നായിരുന്നു. തിരുമാന്ധാംകുന്നിലെ മഹാമാംഗല്യപൂജ ലോകപ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്. ക്ഷേത്രം വലംവെച്ചു ദർശനം കഴിഞ്ഞെത്തുന്ന തീർത്ഥാടക ഹൃദയത്തിലൂടെയാണ് ഈ ഗാനം പൂർണ്ണമാകുന്നത്; ഗായകൻ ബിജുനാരായണൻ Mamangakadhakal----- song is from the musical album Suvarna Pushpanjali. This song is sung by Biju Narayanan, a well-respected play-back singer in the Malayalam film industry. The popular duo of T S Radhakrishnan ji and P C Aravindan Mashu have composed the music and written the lyrics respectively. The lyricist, Aravindan mashu resides very close to this temple and is well versed with all the rituals of this temple. One of the most famous rituals of this temple is the ‘Mangalya Pooja’ wherein unmarried men and women come her to pray to Lord Ganesha seeking a suitable life partner. It is said that their prayers never go unanswered, which is what makes this place so divine to the youth and their parents and relatives. Some aspects in life have no scientific answers and the Mangalya Pooja success is one such instance. Located in Angadipuram in Malappuram district, Thirumandhankunnu temple is very popular amongst Keralites, and its fame has resulted in Indians (predominantly Malayalees) from across India and abroad visiting this temple and performing its various rituals.
